Te Tari Puna Ora o Aotearoa/NZ Childcare Association (NZCA) is a membership organisation that provides professional support and advice to its members along with a range of benefits and discounts.
Gillian Dodson, Manager Member Services, is responsible for our membership activities. She provides advice and professional support via the 0800 Employer helpline. Gill also engages with members via occasional face-to-face briefings or forums which are scheduled throughout the year.
Gill has a strong background in ECE including holding a number of teaching, administration, management and governance positions within the early childhood education sector. Most recently she lectured at Whitireia Community Polytechnic.
