The 47th Annual NZCA Conference and AGM took place at the Marlborough Convention Centre, Blenheim on the 9-11 July 2010. The conference drew in 400 delegates and 20 exhibitors, had over 40 thought-provoking workshops on offer and five keynote speeches were delivered. We would like to thank all those who attended and contributed to the success of the conference.

Other conference highlights
- Thought-provoking seminars from our keynote speakers - our keynote speakers contributed to the line-up of over 40 workshops that covered a range of early childhood themes.
- Māori and Pasifika focused workshops - Māori and Pasifika member network meetings were held as an opportunity for delegates to discuss the issues facing Māori and Pasifika early childhood teachers.
- Member networking sessions - members were given the chance to mix and mingle over drinks and canapes while providing feedback to the membership team about advocacy and member benefits and services.
- Early childhood marketplace showcasing the very best suppliers to the ECE sector
- Our not-to-be-missed three course gala dinner in the Kaituna Barrel Hall at Montana Brancott Winery - delegates added splashes of red, white and rose to their evening attire and danced the night away.
