The seminar will cover:
- working with the Employment Relations Act (2000) – including agreements, bargaining, good faith, job descriptions, appraisals, professional development and teacher registration
- management and leadership in the early childhood context – what are the implications for employers. Discussing difficult aspects of centre leadership and management
- working with the union.
